Coaching takes place at The Studio, Glow's exciting creative hub in the heart of Chichester and also via online sessions for remote clients.

Sessions are designed for those aged 8 -18 and last roughly an hour long.

Coaching hours: Monday - Fridays 3 - 6pm  & Saturdays 12 - 5pm
